Hertz Lease new MD conference

Hertz Lease had appointed three MDs in less than two years, so we suggested that for the third appointment, the introduction needed to be outstanding and motivate the company to focus on performing their roles, rather than worrying about a constantly changing leadership.  We organised the complete conference, including venue, accommodation, theme, speakers, presentations, entertainment, break-out sessions, feedback and follow-up.  The MD remained in post for four years and Hertz Lease increased their market share.

Purple Parking newsletter

For Purple Parking, communicating to their 300+ employees was a challenge, especially as nearly all of them are not office based and without computer access during the working day. We developed a PDF newsletter which could be printed or viewed on screen. The engagement with the newsletter was so successful, it was used to canvas customer research, run incentive programmes and keep the workforce informed of company news.

Vision & Values for Heathrow Express

Inspiring and motivating operational staff to consider customer service can be difficult, especially in a safety critical environment.  Heathrow Express wanted to introduce a new programme which explained how attitude and behaviour can impact on fellow staff members, staff and others.  SRF identified a Vision & Values scheme which used symbols and colours to reference specific aspects of the programme.  These symbols were then used for all future staff communications.
